Your Host
Jane is a Master Certified Binge Eating and Body Trust Coach. She had her first binge in college and spent 25 years trying to stop.
While excelling on the outside, she hid her internal food struggles with shame.
She went through numerous therapists, two rounds of intensive outpatient therapy at an eating disorders treatment center, and read all the books but still continued to feel out of control with food.
After discovering the missing pieces of safety and trust, Jane was able to transform her relationship with food and with her body. Now it is her passion and her mission to help other smart and successful women understand that they aren’t broken and to finally discover food freedom.
I can’t believe I did it again…
What is wrong with me?
The moments right after a binge are the worst: the physical pain, regret, shame, disappointment, and frustration.
It’s the worst - but it’s also the most important.
What you do next is everything.
Most people don't know what to do. They unknowingly make it more likely that they stay stuck in the cycle of shame, judgment and regret.
They do things like:
Continuing to eat because you've already blown it
Declaring that you will never binge again
Eating any remaining binge foods so that you can get it out of your system
Deciding you will start over again tomorrow
Waiting for hours or even days to eat again
Making up for what you ate through exercise or food choices
Putting on smaller clothes so that you will be motivated to eat less
Do any of these sound familiar?
Everything on this list will increase, not lower, your chances of binging again.
What if you could make one small change in how you respond to yourself after a binge that would set you up to break free from the binge cycle, not continue it?
At the end of this workshop, you will know exactly what to say to yourself in the moment you can't even look in the mirror.

What Makes This Event Different?
We focus on what is going on inside both your body and your mind rather than focusing on what is going in your mouth, because it really is NOT about the food.
We give you a hands-on interactive experience with food in a safe and supportive container.
We give you practical tips and strategies that you can begin to implement right away.
We deliver tools and concepts based in science that will lead you to lasting, transformative change.
This is NOT another event where someone simply talks at you while you are doing 3 other things in the background with your camera turned off.

I deeply understand the shame involved with binge eating. I have wanted to attend previous trainings but didn’t because I didn’t want to be seen. I will never force someone to do what they aren’t comfortable with. You can change your name before joining the meeting. I will do everything in my power to create a safe environment for you.

This event is specifically designed to be the most powerful and effective when attended live. With that said, I understand that isn’t possible for everyone. The impact and benefit of this event will be magnified for those who attend in person. The replay will be sent via email and available through 1/31 for those that aren’t able to attend live.

The event will take place via Zoom meeting. This is meant to be an interactive experience where we are able to see each other on camera. There will also be opportunities to speak with other attendees so that you know you are not alone in your challenges with food.

On day 2 you will bring a food that you love but you don’t allow yourself to eat to the call. You will receive detailed instructions beforehand so you know what to expect and what to do. Together we will go through an experiment so that you can have an interaction with this food in a brand new way. This exercise will be transformative!
