I'm a Master Certified Binge Eating and Body Trust Coach who spent 25 years trying to stop binge eating. On the outside, I looked successful, but inside, I was filled with shame about my relationship with food. Even after therapy, treatment centers, and countless books, I still felt out of control. When I finally discovered the missing pieces - safety and trust - everything changed. Now my mission is helping other people realize they're not broken and finally experience freedom with food.

The event will take place via Zoom meeting. This is meant to be an interactive experience where we are able to see each other on camera. There will also be opportunities to speak with other attendees so that you know you are not alone in your challenges with food.
