Hi, I’m Jane Pilger,
a master-certified binge-eating coach.
Resilience, courage, and trust are at the heart of everything I do—whether I’m guiding women to food freedom or crossing the finish line of the Ironman World Championships. These values fuel my personal pursuits and form the foundation of my coaching, helping you achieve the transformation you deserve.
My Journey to Overcoming Binge Eating.
I still vividly remember my first binge – the aftermath of a care package filled with fun-sized candy bars during my first semester in college. Surrounded by empty wrappers, I felt broken and ashamed. Little did I know that this moment would kickstart a 25+ year cycle of restricting and binging.
Decades of therapy, treatment, and restrictive diets followed. I tried changing my thoughts, seeking control, and navigating two rounds of intensive outpatient therapy. But what I didn't understand was my body, its needs, and how to cultivate trust within myself.
It wasn't until I delved into the science of the brain and body, embraced a trauma-informed approach, and filled my journey with compassion that I began to truly transform. I learned to create safety, trust, and connection within myself, reshaping my inner dialogue.
Now, my passion lies in helping women who have struggled with food for decades to find food freedom and body trust. My approach is rooted in both science and compassion, offering a path toward healing and self-trust.

Life Outside of Coaching
When I'm not coaching, you'll likely find me enjoying the comforts of home or soaking up the great outdoors. I cherish moments spent with my husband and our two cats, whether they be cozy evenings in, adventures on two wheels, or travel to new destinations.
My heart belongs to triathlon training and racing, where I discover both peace and a profound connection with my body through swimming, biking, and running. It's in these moments of movement and challenge that I find my own balance and renewal.
Discover Your Inner Child!
This is me as a little girl before I got too many messages about what was acceptable. I still scrunch my nose that way sometimes.
This little girl learned that food was a source of comfort when she couldn’t find it elsewhere. She is still a part of me and she needs a lot of love.
If you’ve ever wondered about inner child work, it is powerful. It’s one of the many tools I use with my clients.
I’d love to connect with you to show you how to connect with your own little girl who is waiting for you.
A Continuous Quest for Knowledge
I've gone through extensive training to guide you through any stage of your recovery process and explore the many levels below the surface of binge eating. I am constantly learning new tools and modalities to bring to my clients for their healing journey.
