Who teaches the Binge Breakthrough Blueprint?

Jane Pilger is a Master Certified Binge Eating and Body Trust Coach. She uses the science of the brain and body to help smart, successful women find food freedom, no matter what they’ve tried. She utilizes her own personal experience of overcoming 25+ years of binge eating and helping hundreds of women find food freedom.
