Hi, I’m Jane Pilger, and I know how exhausting this cycle can feel.

My first binge happened in college, surrounded by a pile of empty candy wrappers from a care package.
That moment started a 25-year battle of restricting, binging, and self-blame.

I tried therapy, treatment programs, and every plan imaginable.
But it wasn’t until I understood how my brain and body worked together—and learned to create safety and trust within myself—that I finally found freedom.

Today, as a Master Certified binge eating coach, I combine science, trauma-informed tools, and deep compassion to help others rebuild self-trust, peace, and connection with food.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me training for triathlons, spending time with my husband and cats, or out cycling—because movement, for me, is about connection, not control.
