Binge Eating is a Symptom, Not the Problem
Cultivate a life without binge eating through connection, not control.
You've tried everything to stop binge eating. Meal plans. Willpower. Rules. Restrictions. Yet the binges keep happening, leaving you feeling more broken with each attempt.
Here's why: You're trying to solve the wrong problem.
The Truth About Binge Eating
Binge eating isn't the real problem – it's your body's solution to a deeper need. A need for:
Connection when you feel isolated
Comfort when you're overwhelmed
Control when life feels chaotic
Calm when your nervous system is overwhelmed
When you understand this truth, everything changes.
You're Not Broken. You're Disconnected.
"I spent years thinking something was wrong with me. Why couldn't I just stick to a plan? Why did I keep failing? Learning that I wasn't broken – that my binge eating was actually trying to help me – changed everything." - Kelly R.

Coaching is the best gift I've given myself. It has not only helped me with binge eating, but I can apply what I'm learning to pretty much everything else in my life that I may be struggling with or trying to figure out.

Jane is so compassionate in her approach and asks just the right questions that really get your brain thinking about things in a different, more positive and constructive way. In the true meaning of the word 'cultivate', I really feel like 'seeds' (of wisdom and hope) were planted!

Learning to regulate my nervous system has been absolutely LIFE-CHANGING. You helped me discover how to self-soothe and provide myself with safety and comfort in healthy ways, rather than turn to food as a default coping mechanism.

My top learning: it's not about the food. Connection... with myself, with my hunger signals, with my emotions, and with others in Cultivate. Most of my closest people know now about my history with eating and it's becoming less of a weight on my shoulders. I've let it go by sharing it somehow.

Being a lifetime binge eater I learned many things—the top thing is getting to the reason I binge needs to be addressed and not just learning how not to binge. That I learned these protective behaviors in childhood and many of them unconsciously. That binge eating doesn't define me.

FAQs
-
Most programs treat binge eating as the problem to solve. I understand it's a symptom of disconnection, and provide you with the tools, community, and support to cultivate genuine connection - with yourself and others so that you don’t have to disconnect with food.
-
Instead of giving you another set of rules to follow, we help you develop something more valuable: trust in your own body's wisdom and the tools to act on it.iption
-
That's exactly why Cultivate is different. We don't focus on controlling food - we help you understand and address the root causes of why you binge eat. My approach is about healing through connection, not creating more rules. I have helped a lot of people who have tried other approaches.

Being in a group like this is powerful beyond measure. Often it is easier to see patterns in others, so that you can then identify and find how they apply in your own life. I have experienced massive transformation in groups for this reason.
The support of others who understand your struggles and knowing that you aren't alone. The healing power of the group will allow you to process shame you may not be ready to feel on your own. Shame cannot survive when it is spoken out loud. When the shame goes away you will have access to change that you didn't have before.

All calls will be recorded and posted to the online forum by the following day. All content and call replays will also be available in a private podcast feed for easy access on the go. You can submit questions in advance if you won't be able to attend live and I will be sure they get answered on the call.
-
Cultivate members can buy individual calls if you want further support. If I am full in my 1:1 coaching practice, I will offer any open spots first to members of Cultivate on my waiting list.
-
Yes. The group will take place in an online forum called Circle where you will be able to get support and ask questions between calls. We also use the Telegram app for additional support and connection.
-
Yes. I’ve had members join and only participate via listening to call replays and consuming the learning modules. This is a great solution if you aren’t ready to be in the group but still want the guidance and support
Are you ready to Cultivate a new relationship with yourself, with food and with your body?
